LPN Travel Nurse

JOIN TEAM TRILOGY : \n\nWhat You will be Doing : \n

• Contribute to the assessment of patients in close collaboration with Registered Nurses.\n
• Administer medications and observe patients to make sure they don't have adverse reactions to those medications.\n
• Perform routine lab tests and therapeutic services.\n
• Educate patients and their families about recommended disease treatment plans, including self-care post discharge, holistic health needs, available resources, and follow-up care.\n
• Identify safety hazards and emergency situations to keep residents safe; take corrective action as appropriate.\n\nWhere You will be Going : \n
• Regional Travel\n

• Defined as travel for work assignment up to two (2) hours from home address, where license or certification is applicable.\n\n-or-\n
• Full Travel\n

• Defined as travel for work assignment across the Company's footprint. (IN, OH, MI, WI, AND KY) where license or certification is applicable.\n
• Full-time, 12-hour shifts with block scheduling for overnight stays!\n

• Active and in good-standing LPN license.\n
• Every other weekend and holiday work availability.\n
• At least one year's experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse preferred.\n
