EXP, an award-winning international engineering firm, is seeking an Electrical Engineer for our offices in Columbus, OH; Richmond, VA; or Bedminster, NJ. This position offers opportunities to expand your knowledge using advanced design tools on projects including Data Centers, Mission Critical, and Telecommunications Facilities.

What a day at EXP has in store for you

• Serve as the main contact with project managers for scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage multiple projects and oversee the design work of other engineers, ensuring quality, coordination, and adherence to budgets.
• Apply engineering fundamentals and advanced concepts to electrical engineering tasks.
• Lead front-end loading of electrical systems for projects.
• Guide the design team in developing Basis of Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents that meet project requirements within schedule and budget.
• Ensure the quality of designer's work, including specifications, reports, code compliance, submittals, equipment selection, and drawings.
• Align project objectives with client needs while maximizing efficiency.
• Manage work plans and deliverables across multiple projects within allocated hours.
• Write detailed studies and reports on electrical systems for projects.
• Contribute to updating company design standards and specifications for specific market sectors.
