Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Developer Platform and Infrastructure team. In this role, you will oversee a team of talented software engineers responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of our core development infrastructure. This team builds the foundational systems that power our engineering organization, ensuring our developers have the tools, platforms, and environments they need to deliver high-quality software quickly and reliably.

You will work closely with engineering teams across the company to architect solutions that enhance developer productivity, improve CI / CD capabilities, and streamline workflows. With a focus on reliability, security, and performance, you will help shape the technical direction of our platform while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and engineering excellence.

This position is a people manager role reporting to the Director, Software Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers focused on developer platform and infrastructure
• Drive the design, development, and optimization of core systems that support build, test, deployment, and developer productivity
• Partner with architects and engineering leaders to identify developer and infrastructure needs while setting technical priorities
• Champion reliability, scalability, and security best practices in all platform services
• Oversee CI / CD improvements to accelerate release cycles and reduce friction in the development process
• Collaborate across teams to ensure platform solutions meet the evolving needs of the engineering organization
• Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations :

Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area) : $170,900.00 - $251,325.00 base salary
