Customer Service Advisor
The Division of Enrollment Management is dedicated to serving incoming, current, and alumni students, along with parents, through coordinated efforts between Admissions, Financial Aid, Scholarships, Records and Registration, and other support organizations. Our mission is to support students' success at every stage of their academic journey. Through exceptional customer service and seamless communication, we strive to create a welcoming and customer service friendly environment for all students and families by fostering collaboration between departments to ensure students receive the guidance and resources needed to achieve their academic goals. We are seeking an energetic and personable student to join our Contact Center Team. In this role, you will assist students, customers, and faculty by responding to inbound calls, live chat, and instant messaging. In this role you will be providing timely and accurate guidance while delivering exceptional and professional customer services. This position offers valuable insight into the critical services and operations within Higher Education that contributes to student success and retention at the University. You will receive comprehensive training on various platforms, including Banner, OnBase, Oracle RightNow (live chat), and other technologies to effectively assist students.
Eligibility Requirements :
Work Schedule : Mon - Friday between 8-5pm. Able to work 1220 hours per week, fall, spring & summer terms. Availability to work extra over the summer and winter breaks.
