Overall responsibility for developing new referral relationship opportunities for perspective hospice patients; acting as a resource to these accounts and existing accounts in an assigned territory.

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of five years' experience in business development and / or marketing in a health organization or business.
• Experience in Hospice or Palliative Care preferred and experience in Account Management.
• Knowledge of COPs for Hospice and Palliative Care and reimbursement for Hospice desirable.
• New York State RN licensure.
• CHPN after first year of hire.
