Transportation Performance Analyst

You'll work cross-functionally with North America Supply Chain teams, technology, and product teams. In the business, main stakeholders include Process and Solutions Enablement, Trade and Transportation, Marketplace Supply Chain, and Demand Supply Management. For technology, key stakeholders are part of Production Support, SCPT, and SEC.

Nike is seeking a Transportation Performance Analyst with a bias for action, process improvement, and an analytical mindset. The ideal candidate collaborates across internal teams and external stakeholders, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field.
  • 2+ years in process management, supply chain operations, or logistics with emphasis on automation and data analysis.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (Required).
  • Experience with ERP and TMS systems (e.g., SAP S / 4HANA or similar). Nice to have
  • SQL and / or Python (Nice to have).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills

You will drive day-to-day operational excellence by ensuring data integrity, resolving process exceptions, and enabling accurate logistics and financial data. You'll manage data integrity, optimize logistics processes, document SOPs, streamline workflows, and partner with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Maintain high-quality data across ERP and Freight Audit & Pay; resolve exceptions with risk mitigation focus.
  • Create and maintain SOPs and training materials for repeatable, high-quality execution.
  • Support exception management and enhancements for processes such as ASN processing, billing gaps, and freight payments.
  • Identify process inefficiencies, recommend corrective actions, and follow through to closure.
  • Support accurate and timely cost and revenue recognition across logistics legs in partnership with Finance and Transportation.
  • Deliver recurring, relevant, and accurate data / insights that highlight risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical partners across Supply Chain, Business Integration, and external vendors.
