About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Must-Have :

• Skills checklist completed within the last year
• One supervisory performance evaluation / reference from within the last two years of employment / contract
• Proof of taxable address to verify bill rate in accordance with local traveler policy

Description :

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, you will contribute your professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients.

You will apply the nursing process effectively.

You will care for patients requiring all types of Med Surg care, including overflow of post-operative surgical hips and knees.

Patient ratios are expected to be 4-5 patients per nurse.

The unit has a bed size of 24.

Remote monitoring is available for telemetry patients.

You will be required to float across different campuses as needed.

Scrubs should be navy blue and solid in color.

You will be required to work on winter holidays, covering two of three (Christmas, New Year's, or Thanksgiving).

A limit of one day will be allowed off during peak holiday periods for all travelers.
