What You'll Be Doing :

Lead & Motivate a team of new and developing agents to hit their targets and grow their skills.

Coach through the trenches guide new hires through our 30 / 30 training and growth program.

Sell smart close pre-warmed leads, issue policies, and demonstrate top-tier customer service.

Model the mindset show your team what it means to be driven, hungry, and professional.

Track performance, set team goals, and run weekly team huddles to keep momentum high.

Provide feedback and accountability with compassion, consistency, and high expectations.

Requirements
