Role Overview

We are seeking a Construction Business Coach to mentor and guide contractors through the Systems Accelerator. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in construction operations, is highly process-driven, and thrives on helping others succeed. The Coach will act as a mentor and accountability partner, ensuring contractors implement effective systems to support their business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured coaching calls with contractors (daily / weekly / bi-weekly).
• Provide accountability, troubleshoot challenges, and celebrate client milestones.
• Help contractors strengthen operations across areas such as marketing, sales, estimating, project management, field management, office management, and bookkeeping.
• Document coaching progress and maintain records of client development.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine frameworks, tools, and coaching methods.
• Stay current on Structur features, industry best practices, and contractor needs.
