Firetrol Protection Systems is seeking a highly skilled Fire Alarm and Security Service Technician to join our team. As a full-service fire protection, life safety, and security company, we design, install, repair, service, and inspect a wide variety of fire suppression, life protection, and integrated security systems. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing the fire alarm systems for both new and existing customers. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance and repair of fire alarm and security systems
• Have knowledge of multiple manufacturers for fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and security systems
• Maintain accurate records of service and maintenance reports
• Communicate effectively with customers and staff regarding project status and scheduling
• Follow company safety procedures and protocols
• Keep up-to-date on the latest fire alarm system technologies and products
