The Division of Technology Services at a state-level Department is seeking a
highly motivated Systems Software Programmer - Project Lead to join our Application Development team. This is an opportunity to work on a supportive team and play a key role in developing, implementing, and maintaining mission-critical applications, including new child welfare re-engineering projects.
As the project lead, you will be responsible for the development of a secured provider portal that will interface with the state's Child and Adult Protective Services System (CAPSS). Your work will also involve assisting with the planning, system design, and implementation of new federal requirements for the Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS) and Adoption and Foster Care Analysis and Reporting System (AFCARS).
The ideal candidate will have extensive software development skills and experience, and be a self-starter. You should be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff
