Job Details

We’re partnering with a fast-growing company that’s privately held and deeply values both their people and their process. After implementing a new system in late 2024, the team is entering a new stage of systems maturity—and they’re now seeking a full-time Senior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations, reporting, and financial accuracy across the board.

The company has around 45 employees and is known for its collaborative, transparent, and nimble environment. This position will sit in the Minneapolis metro and work directly with a Director of Finance who has grown through the organization herself.

What you’ll own :

  • Manage AR, reconciliations (bank + credit card), and monthly close
  • Handle all journal entries and GL maintenance
  • Submit and tie out weekly Letters of Credit—ensuring shipment docs and invoice details are precise and accurate
  • Maintain ongoing reporting and documentation, working closely with business partners
  • Use Excel for basic pivot tables and lookups (nice to have)

  • Midsize ERP or Accounting software
  • Excel

    • Work environment :

  • Hybrid schedule with Wed / Thurs in-office
  • Full two weeks in-office for onboarding
