Role Summary This is a fully remote position.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mobile Device Management (MDM) Architect to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will have a passion for mobile solutions, a proven track record of supporting large enterprises, and a commitment to ensuring customer success.

Role Responsibilities As the MDM Architect, you will play a crucial role in serving as a liaison with customers.

Facilitating integration processes with our customers.

Establishing a feedback loop between external customers and streamlining communication with product owners.

Coordinating releases, including new features in our app suite and those of our partners.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with partner teams.

Essential Qualifications & Skills 10+ years of experience in Mobile Ecosystem Support.

Extensive experience with Apple products, including MDM, ABM, and App review.

Background in network and software engineering.

Bachelor’s Degree.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.

Proficient in software and infrastructure troubleshooting.

Ability to communicate effectively with individuals from C Suite to ICs.

Hyper focused on ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Additional Skills Project management experience, particularly in delivering complex projects.

Familiarity with MDM platforms such as JAMF, Ivanti, and InTune.

Goal-driven and results-oriented mindset.

Quality assurance (QA) experience.
