🕐 Shift : 2nd shift 3 : 30PM - 2 : 00AM Monday - Thursday

💲 Pay : $17 - $25 / hour based on experience

Summary

We are seeking a skilled Robotic Welder to operate robotic welding equipment. This role includes loading and unloading materials, monitoring weld quality, and ensuring products meet customer specifications.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Load, unload, and operate robotic welding systems to meet production requirements.

Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.

Operate tools and measuring equipment, such as grinders and calipers.

Monitor weld quality to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.

Accurately record production data in the ERP system.

Follow company quality and safety policies.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Demonstrate integrity, teamwork, and a strong work ethic while supporting a respectful workplace culture.

Qualifications

Required :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Robotic welding experience or completion of a 4-year program at an accredited robotic welding institution.

Proficiency in blueprint reading.

Knowledge of weld symbols.

Preferred :

Experience in metal fabrication.

Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, product specifications, data sheets, and procedure manuals.
