About The Role

We are seeking a strong Senior Data Analyst with preferably prior industry experience in FinTech and the B2C / DTC domain. You will play a crucial role in leveraging data to drive strategic decisions, optimize business performance, optimize our customer interactions, and ensure a frictionless user experience. You will leverage advanced analytics to identify trends, measure performance, and provide strategic insights that support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities that drive business growth.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across various business functions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success, to implement data-driven solutions.
• Utilize predictive analytics and machine learning models to optimize business processes and customer engagement strategies.
• Conduct A / B testing and customer segmentation analysis to enhance decision-making and personalization strategies.
• Provide actionable insights to leadership on business performance, customer behavior, and operational trends.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and governance across multiple data sources and platforms.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a data-driven culture within the company.

About You

Additional Skills And Qualifications

This role has a base salary range of $150,000 - $200,000. Compensation is determined based on experience, skill level, and qualifications, which are assessed during the interview process.
