Job Description

Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures for construction projects. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Organize and lead safety training programs for employees and contractors. Investigate and document incidents, ensuring corrective actions are taken to prevent recurrence. Collaborate with project managers and supervisors to identify and mitigate potential safety risks. Maintain accurate safety records and prepare reports for management review. Stay updated on industry safety standards and best practices. Promote a culture of safety awareness across all levels of the organization.
