About the Company
We are a growing construction and infrastructure services company recently acquired and positioned for long-term success. With a strong backlog of projects across Marion County, we specialize in residential new construction, remodeling, and post-claim repair work. We're seeking an experienced O2 Certified Residential Electrician to join our Infrastructure Team, which collaborates closely with our Construction Division.
Position Summary
The Residential Electrician will be responsible for a wide range of electrical work including new home construction, home remodeling, and service / repair jobs following insurance claims. You’ll work independently and as part of a team, with projects primarily concentrated in Marion County. You should be comfortable pulling wires in attics, troubleshooting electrical systems, and working in active job sites.
This is a key hire as we continue to expand — ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical installation and repair work in new construction and remodel residential projects.
- Troubleshoot and repair systems following damage or claims.
- Work on-site in attics and other confined spaces to pull wires and complete rough and finish work.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical diagrams.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers, apprentices, and the wider infrastructure team.
- Travel as needed to job sites throughout Marion County (some travel from Hillsboro or McMinnville may be required).
Qualifications
Valid O2 Electrical License (Oregon) – required.3–5+ years of residential electrical experience (new construction and remodels).Experience with post-claim repair work is a plus.Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and physically demanding environments.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.Reliable transportation and clean driving record.Willingness to undergo background and drug screening.Compensation & Benefits
