As a Track Control Security Officer, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as vehicle testing facilities, office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc. What’s in it for you : Site Location : Wittmann, Arizona Set schedule, we have 1 shift available : Shift 1 - Full time, Monday through Friday 3rd Shift 11 : 00pm to 7 : 00am (40 hours per week) Competitive hourly wage of $23 / hr (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!) A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions, paid time off (PTO) policy, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities of a Track Control Security Officer Audits monitors and CCTV issues and tracks Maintains log of PA testing results as well as any gate / intercom issues Manages all track use communication and enter into the dispatch log Act as emergency dispatcher and document / time stamp all emergency radio traffic as needed Assist with any badging needs Verify identities and control access to secure areas Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property Qualifications for Track Control Security Officer You have a valid AZ Unarmed Security License (Required) You have a valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record (Required) You have previous Security, Law Enforcement, Correctional Officer, or Military experience Be authorized to work in the U.S. Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process Exceptional customer service skills Proficient in basic phone & computer skills In the United States, GardaWorld Security remains the only guarding security company to be Certified by Great Place to Work .
