LanceSoft is seeking a LPN / LVN Skilled Nursing for a travel job in Alturas, California.

Job Description & Requirements

  • Specialty : Skilled Nursing

  • 36 hours per week
  • Shift : 12 hours, nights
  • Employment Type : Travel

Requirements : LVN – SNF

  • CA Licensed LVN – Must hold an active California LVN license.
  • Current BLS / CPR Certification – Must be valid and up to date.
  • Minimum Experience – At least 1 year of nursing experience , preferably in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
  • Physical & Mental Fitness – Must be able to perform patient care duties, including walking, bending, lifting, and managing patients who may be confused or verbally / physically abusive.
  • Language & Communication – Must be able to communicate effectively in English , both verbally and in writing.
  • Dress Code Compliance – Must wear Caribbean Blue scrubs as required by the facility.
  • Dependability – Proven good attendance, reliability, and ability to follow directions.
  • Safety & Compliance – Must follow infection control protocols, medication administration policies, and emergency procedures.
