- \n\nCompensation Range : \nAnticipated compensation range of $47.88 - $71.23 / Hour depending on qualifications and experience. 12 hour shifts at Huntington Health are overtime-based (not a straight time rate for all 12 hours). Therefore, employees who work a full 12-hour shift will be paid their base rate for 8 hours AND overtime (1.5) for hours up to 12.\n\nDepartment : \n873000 RN, PCA Float Pool\n\nExpectations : \nResponsible for coordination of care to meet identified needs of the patient / family. Supervises the management of patient care utilizing critical thinking and nursing process, discharge planning, resource identification, linking and scheduling patients with required services, monitoring care delivery, advocating for the patient, care planning and evaluating outcomes. Coordinates patient care across the health care continuum, and assists other team members with meeting individual patient needs.\nThis position may require flexibility of hours.\n\nEDUCATION : \nBachelor's degree (BSN) required. Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) will be considered if enrolled in a BSN program with degree completion within 2 years of date of hire or date of transfer to an RN position.
