Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and administration of project safety and quality plans.
• Manage project controls, procedures, and risk mitigation processes.
• Oversee project financial forecasts and change management items.
• Supervise and mentor project teams, including superintendents and engineers.
• Assist with subcontracting strategy, scope development, and buyout processes.
• Draft and implement contracts, agreements, and purchase orders.
• Track compliance for trade contractors, insurance, and bonding requirements.
• Provide input on project estimates, design coordination, and GMP preparation.
• Update project schedules, including analysis and narratives.
• Conduct constructability and coordination reviews.
• Build knowledge of the local market to support networking and strategy.
• Train and manage direct reports, ensuring alignment with company standards.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance team environment.
