Location :  Georgia

Hybrid :   (2 days in-office)

Job Type :  Full-Time | contract-to-perm | Exempt

Salary Range :  $85,000–$105,000 annually (based on experience)

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven  Commercial Lines Account Manager  to join our growing team in  Georgia . In this client-facing role, you will manage commercial insurance renewals, support account executives, and deliver an exceptional service experience. Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the full insurance renewal lifecycle—from pre-renewal preparation through post-binding follow-up
• Collaborate with Producers and Account Executives to strategize and implement renewal plans
• Review applications, obtain loss runs, and submit complete packages to carriers
• Evaluate and compare quotes, compile proposals, and present renewal options to clients
• Bind coverage, fulfill policy requirements, and ensure all necessary documentation is received
• Perform policy checks and ensure accuracy of coverage, endorsements, and forms
• Respond to client service inquiries involving audits, endorsements, COIs, certificates, and more
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in the EPIC agency management system
• Participate in client meetings, carrier briefings, and special projects as needed
• Review insurance specifications in client contracts (limited to insurance sections only)
