About The Role

Ketryx is entering its next phase of growth moving from startup speed to scale-up rigor and we're looking for a Fractional Chief People Officer to help build the systems and scaffolding to support that journey.

This role is focused on performance, development, structure, and scale. You'll work closely with the CEO to build a high-integrity People infrastructure that empowers our existing team, enables future growth, and aligns with our values.

This includes partnering on :

• Performance management systems and behaviors that actually drive growth
• Clear leveling, titles, and compensation structures that balance equity and scale
• The launch of "Ketryx University" in partnership with our L&D lead
• Cross-functional alignment with the business and exec team
• The right long-term People resourcing model including our future team structure

We're looking for a hands-on builder who's excited to move fast, roll up their sleeves, and lay the tracks while the train is moving.
