Principal Contracts Specialist
We are looking for a highly-motivated and experienced Principal Contracts Specialist who can provide immediate contributions to support critical DoD and Commercial Aerospace program pursuits. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management, negotiation and / or administration, with relevant experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry. They will be a collaborative leader who can work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes. Occasional travel will be required for this position (10-15% to support onsite audits, customer negotiation meetings). As a Principal Contracts Specialist at Collins Aerospace Mission Systems (Integrated Missions Solutions, Thermal Electronics and Defense Solutions, Electronics Solutions), you will be responsible for performing contracts management and compliance functions for both prime and subcontracts, from capture through proposal, negotiation through contract award and all phases of contract administration.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
