A reputable clinical laboratory in New York is seeking a Medical Lab Technician (MLT) or Medical Technologist (MT) to join its night shift hematology team. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position offering the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art instrumentation in a collaborative and mission-driven environment.

Salary Range :

MT : $38.00 – $50.00 / hr

MLT : $30.00 – $45.00 / hr

What You’ll Do :

Perform moderate and high-complexity hematology testing using advanced instrumentation (Sysmex XN line, CellaVision)

Analyze and report accurate test and quality control results

Adhere to laboratory procedures for specimen integrity and processing

Maintain compliance with departmental and regulatory policies

Take corrective actions when necessary to ensure quality testing standards are met
