Growth Strategy And Planning Manager
The Growth Strategy and Planning Manager plays a critical role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives that drive sustainable growth across healthcare services. This role blends strategic planning, market analysis, service design, and cross-functional collaboration to identify new opportunities, optimize existing offerings, and enhance patient and provider experiences. This role works closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights, forecast future performance, and align resources with enterprise goals in a complex and rapidly evolving healthcare environment. This position is part of the Strategy Department and will work collaboratively across New York-Presbyterian system and affiliates.
