Develop and execute strategies to enhance paper and cardboard recycling efforts, aligning with the company's sustainability mission. Collaborate with operations to ensure service standards are met or exceeded. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and recycling partners. Lead initiatives to boost recycling rates, reduce waste, and support sustainable practices across the supply chain. Track and analyse performance metrics, providing insights to guide decision-making. Ensure all activities meet relevant waste management and environmental regulations. Previous experience in sales or account management (waste management, recycling, or environmental sustainability industry preferred) Excellent organisational, analytical, and project management skills. Proven ability to build partnerships and manage stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software. Current driver's license and own vehicle
