Schedule : This is a 3–4 x10 rotating shift alternating Wednesday to Saturday or Sunday to Wednesday

Purpose
We are seeking a highly experienced Additive Machine Technician to join our advanced manufacturing team. This role requires deep technical expertise in additive manufacturing processes, including machine setup, troubleshooting, powder handling, and post-processing. As a subject matter expert (SME), you will support the training and development of junior technicians, act as a backup to the Lead Technician, and help ensure excellence in part quality, equipment maintenance, and shop floor safety. While not a formal leadership position, this role is vital to driving technical best practices and operational efficiency across AM operations.
