As an account manager, you will be responsible for creating quotes, rounding out client accounts, building relationships with your clients to obtain referrals, and assist clients with policy changes. Responsibilities

With your attention to detail , you'll be helping clients round out their accounts, assisting with policy changes, and looking for cross-selling opportunities.

Your relationship-building skill set will be put to use by fostering strong relationships with clients to maintain client retention and satisfaction.

Using your presentation skills , you'll be developing insurance quotes, making sales presentations, and closing sales.

Utilizing your negotiation skills , you'll be overcoming objections and winning back former clients.

Requirements

• This position is for Texas Candidates Only.
• Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• 1-3 years of Customer Service and Insurance experience is preferred.
• Basic technical and computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and agency management software.
• A team player who is goal-oriented and driven to succeed.
• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized.
• Professional phone etiquette.
