Westside Chevrolet 's Auto Body Repair Shop in Katy, TX is seeking a full-time BILINGUAL Receptionist / Clerical Assistant (with Auto Body Shop experience) to answer phone calls and perform clerical tasks to support the Body Shop's daily operations MONDAY - FRIDAY, from 8 to 5. Qualified applicants must be Bilingual and have Auto Body Shop receptionist / clerical experience. Apply now! We are hiring as soon as possible.

Responsibilities - Bilingual Auto Body Shop Receptionist / Clerical Assistant :

  • Greet Auto Body Shop customers and a nswer calls on a multi-line telephone system in a courteous, professional manner, s chedule appointments, receive payments, d ata entry, file paperwork and more.
  • Perform clerical tasks to assist with daily operations

    • Requirements - Bilingual Auto Body Shop Receptionist / Clerical Assistant :

  • Must be Bilingual (Spanish / English) with Auto Body Shop Receptionist / Clerical experience
  • Must be dependable!
  • Multi-line phone system experience is preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
  • Able to multi-task and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
  • Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
