Seeking a Certified Medical Assistant in the Cedar Rapids Area!!

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our dermatology practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our dermatologists and ensuring the smooth operation of patient care.

Responsibilities

Room patients and document all vital information accurately.

Scribe information for the dermatologist during consultations.

Provide patients with post-operative wound care instructions.

Draw blood as needed for patient testing.

Clean and stock examination rooms to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.

Schedule patient appointments efficiently and accurately.

Assist dermatologists with surgical photographs, being present during biopsies and patch testing.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience as a CMA

High School Diploma is required.

An active CMA license is required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00 / hr.
