Job Description

The Project Manager - Top Regional GC - Columbia will be responsible for :

• Project Planning : Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and timelines. Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and codes.
• Resource Management : Efficiently allocate and manage project resources, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Risk Management : Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.
• Budget Oversight : Monitor project financials, track expenses, and manage budgetary constraints throughout the project lifecycle.
• Quality Assurance : Maintain strict quality control standards, ensuring that workmanship and materials meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
• Schedule Management : Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating activities to meet deadlines and milestones. Implement changes as necessary to accommodate unforeseen circumstances.
• Communication : Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
• Contract Administration : Review and manage project contracts, change orders, and other legal documents, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations.
• Safety Compliance : Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations on-site to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
• Team Leadership : Supervise and lead project teams, including subcontractors and in-house personnel, to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate project records, including daily logs, progress reports, and project documentation, to facilitate project closeout and future reference.
