Guaranteed Hours :  40 hours / week

Setting :  Hospital-based, with flexibility to float to nearby Southfield location

Position Overview

A hospital in Novi, MI is seeking a full-time Locum CRNA with flexibility to float between two locations. This role offers a variety of shift options and a 40-hour guarantee. CRNAs will work in a supervised model and must be comfortable with neuro, endoscopy, and radiology cases. No heart cases are performed.

Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia care for neuro, endoscopy, and radiology procedures

Limited pediatric cases; primarily standard procedures

Float between two locations (typically informed the day before)

Participate in a supervised model (4 : 1 ratio with anesthesiologists)

Perform own arterial line placements

Document all care using Cerner EMR (transitioning to Epic)

Support a combined daily case volume of 36–46 across both sites

Requirements

Active Michigan license

Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS

Must be available for Friday shifts to qualify for temporary privileges

Preference for full-time providers and local candidates

Credentialing

Estimated timeframe : 60–90 days

Temporary privileges available for candidates with a clean background
