Travel Nurse RN - Stepdown - $2,290 per week

Prime Time Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Stepdown Discipline : RN Start Date : 11 / 17 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Travel - Neuro Stepdown / Progressive patients. - Drip titration for those experienced with it, if not, will float to Medsurg / tele units - EPIC, PYXIS, Philips defibrillator, Philips Bedside Monitors - 2 years of PCU or Stepdown. Previous neuro experience is required. - ACLS, BLS, IN RN license, NIHSS required. - Floating is required, to like units when needed. - PCU will float down to MedSurg when needed.
