Position Summary :

Qualified candidates will be eligible for up to a $2,000 sign on bonus!

What You’ll Do :

• Lead and execute commercial HVAC installations ranging from 1 day to 1 month (occasionally longer).
• Collaborate with a small, efficient crew (typically 2 people) or work independently depending on project scope.
• Utilize your sheet metal expertise to complete projects with precision and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and leadership to ensure project success.
• Handle a variety of projects that will challenge and expand your skills daily.

Physical Demands :

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will use hands, have to talk and hear. The employee is also required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel. The employee must frequently lift and / or move up to 50 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
