We are seeking an experienced, hands-on leader to manage day-to-day operations at our SFO station, overseeing safety, performance, and customer satisfaction. This role requires ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met while collaborating cross-functionally to maintain smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day operations at the SFO station, leading a team of 18-20 people.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, performance metrics, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain schedules, budgets, and quality standards to stay on track.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure efficient operations.
• Provide top-tier service to customers at every step.
• Manage maintenance on primarily B767 aircraft, with training opportunities on A319, A320, A321, B737, B767, B777, and E190.

Work Environment

Work in a non-climate controlled environment outdoors in San Francisco, where the weather tends to be on the colder side year-round. The position primarily operates on a morning shift from Monday to Friday, with the flexibility to work weekends being a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $130000.00 / yr.
