Position requires ability to work overtime. As a result, it may require working varying start times, end times, and weekends dependent on business needs. Want to make an impact? The Inventory Control Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring accurate inventory management and control within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include conducting daily inventory operations, maintaining system accuracy, and supporting process improvements through data-driven analysis. Key areas of focus include monitoring material usage variances, executing cycle counts and adjustments, generating inventory performance reports, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Ways you will make a difference :

• Create and maintain detailed inventory reports, including counts, discrepancies, and trend analysis
• Analyze and report inventory data to management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory and production discrepancies and support production schedules
• Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP and Warehouse Management (WM) systems
• Ensure correct allocation of inventory to production orders and work centers, supporting operational efficiency
• Participate in root-cause investigations for inventory differences, drive corrective action, and verify follow-through
• Coach internal employees to use SAP
• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation
• Contribute to cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives
