Customer Insights Activation Lead

The Customer Insights Activation Lead will play a key role in connecting customer insights to all aspects of Finastra's organization. This role will be responsible for ensuring that insights from surveys, qualitative research, analytics, and VOC platforms are consistently synthesized, packaged and activated across Finastra. This role will report to the Head of Customer Insights and work cross-functionally to drive action from insights.
Responsibilities & Deliverables :
- Identify Insights and Package for Impact - Combine findings from quantitative research, qualitative studies, analytics, and VOC platforms into cohesive, actionable narratives.
- Executive Scorecards & QBRs Lead the creation of recurring executive scorecards and Business Unit-specific QBR decks, highlighting trends in metrics, new insights, and customer opportunities.
- Stakeholder Engagement Act as the "insights translator" for executives and BU leaders, ensuring complex data is communicated in business language.
- Enablement Playbooks Develop customer insights playbooks and enablement materials for Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to use in client interactions.
- Voice of Customer Storytelling Humanize the data by embedding customer quotes, case studies, and journey narratives into exec and BU communications.
- Cross-Functional Partnership Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Data / Analytics, Customer Success, and Marketing to embed insights into their operations and decision making.
- Visualization Standards Build and maintain visualization templates, dashboards, and reporting standards to ensure consistency across the Insights function.
- Training & Coaching Train Insights Partners, COE leads, and BU stakeholders in storytelling and activation best practices, scaling the influence of the team.
- Special Projects Support the Head of Customer Insights on high-visibility projects & deliverables
Required Experience :
5+ years in customer insights, market research, user research, and / or data analytics,2+ years of experience creating and presenting deliverables for executives and leadership.Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI experience preferred)Experience in software development, B2B, SaaS, FinTech, or Finance preferredTrack record of influencing decision makersWe are proud to offer a range of incentives to our employees worldwide.
