Description

We are seeking a skilled Welder / Fitter to join our team. As a Robotic Welder Operator - 2nd Shift, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and equipment. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities not limited to :

  • Perform welding and soldering tasks to join metal components

\n

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings

    • \n

  • Use basic math skills to measure, cut, and shape metal pieces

    • \n

  • Operate various tools and equipment such as welding machines, grinders, and calipers

    • \n

  • Assemble and weld components according to specifications

    • \n

  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

    • \n

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

    • \n

  • Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

    • \n \n

    Requirements

    Skills - To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills :

    \n

  • Proficient in various welding techniques, including stick welding

    • \n

  • Knowledge of ductwork fabrication and installation

    • \n

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings

    • \n

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements

    • \n

  • Familiarity with operating press brake machines is a plus

    • \n

  • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations

    • \n

  • Ability to use calipers for precise measurements

    • \n

  • Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues during the fabrication process

    • \n \n
