EOS Integrator / Operations Leader

About the Role
We're looking for an EOS Integrator / Operations Leader to bring structure, accountability, and consistency to a fast-paced, people-first service company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in organized chaos, loves creating systems, and knows how to turn strategy into measurable results.
You'll lead day-to-day operations, run the EOS cadence (weekly and quarterly meetings, Scorecards, Rocks), and make sure commitments turn into outcomes. This role requires a strong communicator who is hands-on, adaptable, and motivated to make a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations across scheduling / dispatch, HR, training, and administrative support
- Own the EOS operating cadence (L10s, Scorecards, Rocks) and drive accountability across teams
- Support supervisors and team leads—ensuring communication is clear, projects stay on track, and goals are met
- Maximize efficiency in scheduling, capacity planning, crew utilization, and client service delivery
- Standardize workflows, maintain quality standards, and lead service recovery when needed
- Coach leaders, clarify roles, and build a culture of accountability and candor
- Document and improve core business processes from quoting through service follow-up
- Run cross-functional projects with clear timelines, metrics, and results
- Manage and champion business systems (Google Workspace, scheduling and communication tools, dashboards)
