We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Sales-Roofing professional to join our team. This position will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth and expansion in the commercial roofing construction sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the various roofing systems including flat, slope, shingles, modified TPO, and TPO roofing. This is a permanent position that offers an excellent opportunity to work with a team of seasoned professionals and make significant contributions to our company.

Responsibilities :

• Generate new business opportunities by leveraging your existing network and through the development of new relationships in the commercial roofing construction industry.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that demonstrate the value and benefits of our roofing solutions.
• Conduct site visits to assess client needs and recommend suitable roofing systems.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable business deals.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and latest roofing technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and professional associations to enhance visibility and build brand reputation.
