This position involves the procurement of parts, supplies, and equipment, as well as the operation of the Facilities Management Department (FMD) warehouse. This is crucial for the Operations and Maintenance Division to ensure a safe and functionally stable environment for all the Maricopa County Departments we service.
As the landlord for all facilities owned by Maricopa County, the Facilities Management Department is responsible for the planning, design, construction, maintenance, and operations of more than 200 facilities comprised of over 10 million square feet. Facilities Management is made up of a collaborative team that provides and performs various functions to meet the facility-related needs of all Maricopa County Departments. Our broad range of services includes various aspects of the ongoing operations and maintenance of all County-owned facilities, management of all facility projects, and in-house design services.

We require :
One year of related warehouse or inventory control experienceHigh school or a General Equivalency Diploma (GED)An equivalent combination of post-secondary education and / or job-related experience may substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basisWe also value :
An Associate's degree in Materials Management, Business is preferredPreference will be given to candidates experienced with Maximo Inventory software or equivalent software programsCapital Agency Procurement Aide (CAPA) Certification preferredJob contributions include :
