We’re looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Bilingual Leasing Agent to join our talented property management team!

As a key member of our community, you’ll play a vital role in leasing, resident relations, and creating a welcoming environment for both current and prospective residents. You’ll also ensure compliance with leasing standards and represent The Neiders Company’s values with professionalism and integrity.

Bilingual Leasing Agent Essential Functions : Include but are not limited to-

• Residents / Guests Retention : You will provide an exceptional customer service to our current and prospective residents / guests. You will help engage current guests / residents through ongoing programs and events designed to increase customer satisfaction, brand awareness, business referrals, and minimize turnover.
• Leasing and Sales : You will be responsible for meeting occupancy expectations for the property by leasing to new customers, renewing leases for current residents and increasing the rate of returning guests and referrals.
• Compliance : You will also ensure lease paperwork and customer information is properly documented and protected. You will adhere to local and state laws, including all laws governing Fair Housing.
