Shift : 7 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM

Experience :

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit experience within the past 4 years.
• Trauma Level 1 experience is required from any number of months

Additional Details :

Required Skills / Experience : Experience at a larger facility with a lot of surgeries / high acuity patients, must be comfortable with lines, chest tubes.

Required Credentials : Fingerprint Requirement - Remote process must allow 10 days, In Person can be done at Jackson or Grenada campus the week prior to start.

Shift & Scheduling :

Floating Requirements : Within skillset, all staff float between all medsurg units. higher acuity - patients would be given to core staff.

7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays : 01 / 01 / 2025, 11 / 27 / 2025, 12 / 25 / 2025. Number of holidays allowed off : 1

1 reference from last 12 months (Manager / Supervisor reference type) - required for submission

1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission

Driver's license required for submission
