Precision, an Official Rolex Jeweler and leader in the luxury timepiece industry, is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory & E-Commerce Manager to own our inventory operations across in-store and online channels. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment and is eager to make an impact in a growing luxury retail business.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Control

  • Receive and process all product intake into POS; manage transfers and reconciliations.
  • Maintain real-time accuracy between POS, WooCommerce website, and marketplaces (eBay, Chrono24, etc.).
  • Run daily checks to remove sold items, fix mismatches, and update pricing / availability.
  • Conduct monthly inventory audits; prepare variance reports and corrective actions.

Listings & Content

  • Create and maintain product listings in WooCommerce (photos, descriptions, specs, SKUs, pricing).
  • Manage listings on third-party marketplaces (eBay, Chrono24, etc.); monitor performance and compliance.
  • Photograph incoming product to brand standards (consistent lighting, angles, editing).
  • Collaborate with marketing on promotions, email campaigns, and content updates.
  • E-Commerce Operations

  • Build and manage bulk uploads, data feeds, and mapping between systems.
  • Track marketplace health metrics (account health, policies, delivery SLAs) to maintain top-rated status.
  • Communicate new arrivals and special orders to internal teams; keep shared tracking spreadsheets current.
  • Tech Support (Tier 1)

  • Troubleshoot basic issues with printers, scanners, logins, browser / POS quirks.
  • Coordinate software updates; escalate complex IT issues to vendors when needed.
  • Serve as point of contact for digital tools and e-commerce system support within the retail and service teams.
  • Qualifications

  • 2–4+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or inventory management (luxury, jewelry, or hard goods a plus).
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress / WooCommerce product management.
  • Strong working knowledge of Edge POS or similar inventory systems.
  • Familiarity with eBay and marketplace operations (templates, policies, dashboards).
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets / Excel (formulas, pivot tables, CSV handling).
  • Technical fluency with basic IT troubleshooting (printers, networking, software updates).
  • Product photography skills; basic editing in Lightroom / Photoshop or equivalent.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Nice to Have

  • SEO basics for product listings.
  • Experience with HubSpot or CRM integrations.
  • Knowledge of watch references, components, or condition grading.
