Dick Lavy Trucking, Inc. is seeking a hands-on, motivated Shop Manager to lead our maintenance operations in Bradford, OH . If you're a seasoned Diesel Mechanic with leadership experience and a passion for keeping trucks rolling smoothly, we want to hear from you! The ideal candidate will have :

Shop Manager Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Lead and coordinate daily shop operations with a team of skilled mechanics.
  • Perform and oversee maintenance on diesel engines and tractor trailers.
  • Ensure drivers receive top-tier service and support
  • Monitor shop performance and help us hit our operational goals.

Shop Manager Requirements5+ years of hands-on experience in diesel and trailer repair.

  • 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • CDL A license (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a team-first attitude.
  • Passion for learning and growing in a fast-paced environment.

    • Shop Manager compensation is based on experience

  • Pay range varies from $26.00-$30.00 and up depending on experience

    • Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
