\nGuaranteed Hours Per Week : 36 hours

\nShift Requirements :  12hr NOCs

\nWeekends / Holiday :  Every other weekend; Holiday Rotation

\nHoliday grouping :

\n2025 HOLIDAYS : CHRISTMAS DAY (12 / 25 NOC), NY EVE (12 / 31 NOC)

\n2026 it would be : MEMORIAL DAY (5 / 24 NOC) , THANKSGIVING (11 / 25 NOC), CHRISTMAS EVE (12 / 24 NOC), NY DAY (1 / 1 NOC)

\nFloat Requirements : Candidate may float to Oconomowoc Memorial and Mukwonago Hospital and other like units as needed. Float to ED, Med / Surg, Oncology, 4E, Ortho / Neuro, Heart Care, ICU)

\nOn Call / Call Back Requirements : None

\nRequired Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal : BLS, WI or Compact license

\nMinimum Experience : 2 years MS experience required. At least 1 traveler contract completed preferred - MUST BE ABLE TO READ TELE

\nEpic : Within the last year preferred.

\nExperience must be short term acute care hospital experience

\nCharting Experience Required : Current EPIC charting within last 12 months.

\nUnit information : 200 bed hospital at WMH, floating throughout inpatient units and across campuses / hospitals - Float to ED, Med / Surg, Oncology, 4E, Ortho / Neuro, Heart Care, ICU)

\nHard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates, Strong Documentation skills, able to work in a fast paced environment

\nScrubs - Any\n\nCovid-19 Vaccine Required unless Medical or Religious Exemption applies \n\nGSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed\n\nFloat : Employee should not be asked to work outside of his / her Clinical skills unless approved by employee, unit manager, shift advisor, and Staffency. Candidate will be required to float to units and facilities based on census.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
