Sanford Health is seeking a BC / BE Family Medicine to join its primary care clinic located in Wheaton, Minnesota. The population demographic for family medicine is made up of approximately 25% pediatrics, 40% geriatrics and 35% adult Local community hospital is a Critical Access Hospital with inpatient, observation, swing bed and ED services. Obstetrical services are provided in the clinic setting with delivery at one of the neighboring hospitals of patients choice Average of 20 patients / day Inpatient levels vary from zero to five Call is 1 : 4 Benefits Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance. Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE) : $265,175 - $343,168 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs. Additional incentives may be offered.
