Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Feura Bush)

Albany Family Medicine is looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team. Hours for this role are Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm . This position is eligible for up to a $10,000 recruitment and retention bonus Responsibilities Practice medicine with physician supervision including conducting examinations and writing prescriptions. Collaborate with physicians in managing acute and long-term medical needs of patients. Assess patient status by obtaining health history. Order / perform laboratory diagnostic and other screening tests. Treat illnesses, give injections, suture wounds. Monitor therapies and provide continuity of care. Counsel patient / family on preventive health care. Participate in peer reviews, chart reviews, staff education, clinical guideline development and other continuing education. Compensation : $115,000 - $145,000 Annually CCP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth.
