The Float nurse will follow all Bon Secours policies and procedures. Float RNs go to all sites in our Richmond market and float to Behavioral Health and Med Surg Units.\n\nRegistered Nurse (RN) - Richmond Float Facilities -\n

• St. Mary's Hospital (Richmond - West End)\n
• St. Francis Medical Center (Midlothian)\n
• Richmond Community Hospital (Richmond-Churchill)\n
• Memorial Regional Medical Center (Mechanicsville)\n
• Southside Medical Center (Petersburg)\n\nFloat Between the following units : \n
• Med Surg - Ortho - Oncology\n
• Telemetry\n
• Behavioral Health (Must also have floor med / surg experience)\n\nFloat Team Flexibility!\n
• 36 hoursa week\n
• Self-Scheduling - pick your availability\n
• 1 Summer and 1 Winter holiday required\n
• Every Third Weekend Required\n
• Full Time night shift or days shift available\n
• Shift differential available for night and weekend shifts\n\nEssential Functions : \n
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team\n
• Provide advanced treatment and care to patients with complex diagnoses\n
• Evaluates, updates and revises plan of care to facilitate achievement of planned and expected outcomes\n
• Administer medications in a safe manner consistent with the State of Practice and Bon Secours policies and procedures\n
• Other duties as assigned\n\nEducation : \n
• Graduate of an accredited Associates degree or Bachelors degree in Nursing\n\nLicensing & Certifications : \n
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)\n
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)\n
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association required\n\nExperience\n
